Shejman, Vasilevich, Miklashevich and Damashkevich reprimanded

On December 4 Alyaksandr Lukashenka signed Decree on bringing to responsibility some civil servants.

Ryhor Vasilevich, Prosecutor General, and the former Prosecutor General Pyotr Miklashevich, have been reprimanded for serious omissions in personnel administration in prosecution authorities, failure to take appropriate measures for law restoration, violated when Minsk regional executive committee allocated land near “Krynichny” dacha community which belongs to the Internal Affairs Ministry; and for omissions in supervision of compliance with requirements of housing legislation when civil cases were considered with the participation of the former prosecutor of Minsk region M. Snyahir.

The former State Secretary of the Security Council of Belarus Viktar Shejman has been reprimanded for serious omissions in work related to selection and placement of executive cadres in prosecution authorities.

The former chairman of Minsk regional executive committee Mikalay Damashkevich has been reprimanded for failure to take appropriate measures for law restoration, violated when Minsk regional executive committee allocated land near “Krynichny” dacha community which belongs to the Internal Affairs Ministry.
