Lukashenka congratulated Kim Jong-il

The North Korean dictator received congratulations on founding of the Democratic People's Republic of Korea.

BelTA learnt this from the press service of the Belarusian ruler.

We remind that another dictator, president of Venezuela Hugo Chavez, has visited Minsk. He noted he had visited a range of states as part of his 11-day trip.

“I have brought you greetings from the axis of evil,” Chavez told the Belarusian dictator passing greetings from the leaders of Cuba, Algeria, Libya, and Turkmenistan.
