Will children be taken from those who do not like the Belarusian dictator?

The cynicism of the Belarusian authority exceeds all bounds.

Today a teacher of one of the best orphanage of a family type in Babruysk was unexpectedly called to the Deputy Head of the District Administration. The reason was her active participation at the picket for signature collecting for the potential presidential candidate Andrei Sannikov, “Nasha Niva” writes with the reference to a blogger rastaev.

“It was hinted, that if I will further continue to participate in these pickets, the children can be taken from me. When I asked, on what grounds, and I was told, that I am a state employee, and that is why I may collect signatures only for one candidate and this candidate is Alyaksandr Lukashenka. If I am collecting signatures for candidates from the opposition, the state has a question, whether I am bringing up the children correctly”, - the teacher says.

One should note that the state did not have reasons for complaints for this orphanage before: it is one of the respected ones in the town, 12 children are being brought up there, and the teacher herself was given not once as an example and she was invited to share her experience.

And now these children, who have learnt the warmth of a family, are risking again to become orphans and be placed in a state orphanage, where there is neither love, nor parental endearment, but there is “correct” understanding of the fact for what candidate one should sign.

“I am shocked and I am at the crossroads. I don’t know what to do further... I am not afraid personally – I will find a job any way – but what will be with the children? We have a large friendly family now – and how will they take hard times, if all this collapses? Perhaps, I should refuse from participating in the pickets”, - a teacher of the orphanage confessed.
