Adding a stack of ballots recorded

Observers recorded the fact of adding a large number of ballots by one person at the polling centre 22 in Novapolatsk.

The observers Mikhail Novikau (“For Freedom” movement) and Iaugeniy Opetenak (BNF party), supervising this poling centre became witnesses of one of the voters adding a large stack of ballots into the ballot box. The observers couldn't of course count the exact number of the added ballots but they claim there were no less than 15 items judging by the thickness of the stack, inform the «Human rights activists for free election».

At the moment a statement of the recorded violation is being drawn up.
