Search in office of “Narodnaya volya”

Search in editorial office of independent newspaper “Narodnaya volya” was carried out simultaneously with search in the office of Charter’97.

Police officers demonstrated order of Gomel regional department of Interior ministry chief V. Palishchuk and searched the office. As a result Computer of depute chief-editor Sviatlana Kalinkina was confiscated. Officer of Leninski police department Aliaksandr Tchuy was in charge for the search. He was also searching office of Charter’97.

People in black masks blocked the entrance and nobody was admitted to the building during the search. The same was happening during the search at Charter’97.
