Pro-governmental Union of Poles used mourning in Poland for promotion

The pro-governmental Union of Poles held a campaign against Andzelika Borys during the mourning in Poland.
The pro-governmental Union of Poles in Belarus led by Stanislau Syamashka used the mourning in Poland for own advertizing camping.
This is reported by the Polish media, Euroradio informs.
On occasion of the Smolensk tragedy, members of the UPB were given Polish visas as an exception. On April 20, a group of official UPB members visited an office of the Polish Community in Warsaw. However, they failed to talk to the leadership.
“I can confirm their visit. They left their magazines on tables in the hall and wanted to meet with our director. But they didn’t have a meeting with him, as he wasn’t here yesterday. They waited for 4 hours.” An officer of the Polish Community said.
Members of the pro-governmental UPB also visited Bialystok. As Polish newspaper Rzeczpospolita informs, they told journalists about Andzelika Borys and UPB first head Tadeusz Gavin in a cafй. An interesting fact, funeral of Krzysztof Putra, vice speaker of the Polish Sejm, who was killed together with the Polish president in the air crash, were taking place on that day.
