War with mirror

Having no idea how to reverse the history, madmen in high positions are furiously pommeling the mirror. But the society understands: the situation must be changed.
By breaking the mirror, one won't get more beautiful. If all mirrors are broken, it is possible that for some time one won't be too shy about one's ugliness for some time.
But nevertheless, sooner or later some child would come, who does not know the rules, and would say what is ssen by everybody: "The emperor wears no clothes!"
Our emperor is nude. Non-controllable mass media, independent socioligists are are dangerous for him, any unsanctioned public initiative is fearful for him. He had been intimidating all for so long that it is even more evident now: he has been terribly frightened himself. What is going on now, searches across the country which are not event motivated by anything decent formally, are convulsions of terror of the future.
And a special colouring to the situation is given by simultaneous statments of the official authorities' representatives that they would expand contects with Europe. Statements were made right on the day of mass porgoms of websites, civil initiatives, activists, politicians and journalists, sociologists...
If we are not aware of the fact in what country we are living in, we could imagine that "enemy agents" appeared in Lukashenka's entourage. They do anything possible and impossible to prevent normalisation of relations of the Belarusian leader with the civilized world. It's true, a normal human being may think the events are too provoking, deliberately unashamed, theatrical and affected. We have the Law on Operational-Investigative Activity after all, under which special services can enter any office, any flat and inspect there everything they want quietly and without much fuss: computers and documents. However, they burst in in armoured vests and masks to make it most dramatically and conspicuously.
Even more blatant example is execution of the two death sentences, while even the UN structures asked the official Minsk to put them off, as even the official procedure of appealing from judgement hadn't been finished. But somebody wanted to economize a plateful of prisoner's thin porridge, or just wanted to shoot. But they were shooting in a way that whould ricochet through all international organiosations and even those Western politicians who in defiance of common sense cherished illusions about the Belarusian leader's reforming.
But still it is a big mistake to think that somebody provokes Lukashenka to such blatant moves. Our state policy was and remains dependant on only one person. On his fears and complexes, on his ilnesses and moods, on his language and his wits. And he is terrified now. That's the cause of all those pre-election shows in armoured vests.
It is possible to prohibit to say the truth to "Say the truth!" campaign, give the order "Keep back!" to the mythical and unknown "Go ahead!" movement, Kalinkina, Khalip, Radzina and Koktysh could be seized all their computers, pens and paper... Bu it is impossible to close people's eyes, ears, change their heads. The problem is not in concrete persons and even not in the anonimous Web. When the man in the street sees a five-year-old boy in a military uniform, to whom generals give a salute, they understand without anyone's prompting who is their ruler. When non-political loiterers are shocked by the sight of a Tsarskoye Selo (Tsar's village) in Drazdy (the presidential residence), they can guess themselves why the state is chronically short of money for normal pensions and allowances. And finally, when they go to vote at the elections to say "No! Things should not be like this! Such things cannot happen in a civilized state!", and after that they are told by a well-known man at all TV channels: "I had been elected by the people", they are sure put two and two together to understand who these people are and for which agencies they work.
The society still does not have a belief that the situation could be changed, but there is an understanding that it must be changed. And Lukashenka knows that, and his inner circle knows that, and his special services know that. So, having no idea how to to reverse the history, madmen in high positions are furiously pommeling the mirror.
