Belarusian delegation in Astana shocked by NTV film

A number of Russian TV channels applied unprecedented pressure on Belarus ahead of EurAsEC Interstate Council in Astana, Belarusian officials say.
BelTA learnt this from a source in the delegation accompanying Alyaksandr Lukashenka on his working visit to Kazakhstan.
“Certain Russian TV channels, which are nominally independent, but we know who rule them in real fact, threw mud at the head of state and Belarus in an attempt to apply information pressure,” the source said.
This behavior of the Russian partners puzzles the Belarusian party. “Black PR and lies in relation to Belarus look is it was well organized. It’s especially strange in the context of inviting us to be allies and patterns in the Customs Union,” the source stressed.
The Interstate Council was to take especially important decisions. But the Russian media are trying to create an extremely negative background for negotiations. In fact, short views of the author of the information attack make damage to Russia’s head of state, the source in the Belarusian delegation supposes.
We remind that Russian NTV told yesterday the truth about political disappearances and killings of oppositionists in Belarus.
