Vladimir Ryzhkov: No chances for conciliation

The relations between Moscow and Minsk have deteriorated definitively, the well-known Russian politician thinks.

“I think we have absolutely no chances for conciliation with Belarus. Deterioration of the relations with Lukashenka has been a tendency of the last few years. It includes endless gas and milk wars. Belarus hasn’t recognized Abkhazia and South Ossetia. To Moscow’s dislike, Lukashenka is constantly playing a double game.

He is seeking friendship of Russia, the European Union, China, and Venezuela. He is taking credits from everyone. There are no integration processes between our countries. It is just talking. There is no action. As of now, the relations have died,” Russian popular politician Vladimir Ryzhkov told in an interview to “Argumenty i Fakty” newspaper.
