Charter’97 website paralyzed

A DDoS attack on Charter’97 website continues for the third week.

The attack began on June 6 and has since been in progress with short breaks. On June 22, ahead of a street action “Revolution through social networks”, the attack power increased many times causing an ISP to use anti-DDoS protection and block access to the site.

We are doing our best to restore normal operation of the website.

We call on the Belarusian Internet users. Install antivirus defence and scan your computer for viruses. This will not only help to eliminate a botnet controlled by the Belarusian security services, but will also make your work on the Internet safe.
