Kasya Halitskaya gets 10 days in custody

At 9 am, the court of the Maskouski district of Minsk began to hear an administrative case against Kasya Halitskaya, who “mysteriously disappeared” from the Minsk Justice House on July 17.
Halitskaya came to the Minsk Justice House to attend trials over activists of Czech-based Young Front organization, Uladzimir Yaromenak and Raman Vasilyeu, who were detained yesterday.
An administrative case (article 17.1 of the Code of Administrative Offences of Belarus ) was heard by judge Tatyana Matyl. Riot policemen Yauheny Baradach and Dzmitry Tarashkevich gave evidence at the trial.
The activist was sentenced to 10 days in custody.
