Political prisoner Dzyadok spent 20 days in disciplinary cell

Mikalai Dzyadok, who is serving the sentence in Mahilyou prison #4, has spent 20 days in the punishment isolation cell.
The prison administration punished him for violation of the dress code for prisoners. Human rights activists have been informed about that by the father of the political prisoner Alyaksandr Dzyadok, “Viasna” human rights centre informs.
Just a day after his birthday, August 23, Mikalai was punished again. He was sentenced to 20 days of detention in a punishment isolation cell. In the same way Mikalai Statkevich was punished in Mahilyou prison in 2012.
A political prisoner Mikalai Dzyadok was detained on September 3, 2012, and on May 27, 2011 the court of Zavadski district of Minsk sentenced him to 4.5 years of imprisonment in the conditions of a reinforced regime. He was charged with violation of Article 339 Part 2 of the Criminal Code (malicious hooliganism). By the ruling of the court as of December 5, 2012 he was sentenced to harsher conditions, and transferred from a penal colony #17 in Shklou to the prison #4 in Mahilyou. He have had more than 20 disciplinary penalties from the prison and colony administrations.
