Russian Oil Supplies To Belarus Reduced By 20.3% Last Year

Oil supplies to Belarus will be reduced this year as well.
Russian oil companies cut oil exports to the countries of the near abroad by 20.3% in 2016, compared to the corresponding period of 2015 – up to 18.148 million tons.
According to the FSBI CDU FES operative report, raw materials are supplied only to Belarus.
Export of Russian oil to non-CIS countries amounted to 235.813 million tons in 2016), which is 7.0% more than in 2015. Of them, as ej.by. writes, non-CIS countries received 221.148 million tons of crude oil (of which 201,214,000 tons - Russian resources) via oil pipelines of Transneft company and 34.599 million tons bypassing the Transneft oil pipelines.
In 2016 the oil company Rosneft has exported 101 008 000 tons of oil to non-CIS countries via the oil pipeline system of JSC Transneft, and Bashneft, included in the Transneft company, - 5.978 million tons.
During the last year, Lukoil's export of oil to the non-CIS countries amounted to 21.886 million tons, Surgutneftegaz has exported 32.187 million tons, Gazprom Neft - 8,440 million tons, Tatneft - 11.981 million tons, other businesses have exported 15.385 million tons of oil using the oil pipeline system of Transneft, operators of the production sharing agreement have exported 874.5 thousand tons.
Last year Kazakhstan's transit of oil amounted to 16.633 million tons, Azerbaijan transited 1.218 million tons, Turkmenistan - 466.7 thousand tons, Belarus - 1.617 million tons.
