Minsk residents were instructed on how to bypass the blocking of the news site.

Graffiti "Freedom to the Charter-97" and leaflets with instructions on bypassong the blocking of the site appeared in many districts of Minsk today.

"Leaflets and graffiti in support of Charter-97 appeared all over Minsk: in the center, in Chyzhouka, Serabranka, Shabany. The leaflets contain an instruction on bypassing the blocking," – a reader wrote to the Charter97.org editor.
