Why do some people get richer, while others get poorer in Belarus?

We remind that a criminal case for allegedly insulting Lukashenka has been opened against popular Belarusian blogger Stsiapan Sviatlou (known under the nick Nexta). The guy is studying in Poland at the moment, but his mother's house has already been searched.
