Stickers of the Belarusian National Congress appeared in the capital of Belarus in the framework of the project "Iron People of Belarus".
The stickers "Freedom To Charter-97!" and "Belarus Will Be Free!" have been posted in different parts of Minsk.
We remind that on January 24, the largest independent news site Charter-97 was blocked in Belarus.
