Belarusian Website Charter97.org Blocked In Russia Under Decision Of Prosecutor General’s Office

Reader of the website Charter97.org from Kaliningrad Oleg Savvin appealed to Roskomnadzor with a request to explain why there were problems with access to the website Charter97.org in Russia.
Today, Oleg Savvin received a response from the Office of the Federal Service for Supervision in the field of communications, information technology and mass communications in the Kaliningrad region of Russia, which says the following:
"The IP address 18.197.98.191, where, according to the information received from the site 2ip.ru, the Internet resource Charter97.org is placed, is included in the" Unified register of domain names, site page indexes in the information telecommunications network "Internet" and network addresses that allow to identify sites on the Internet containing information that is prohibited in the Russian Federation"on the basis of the request of the General Prosecutor's Office dated April 16, 2018."
Important to note, Charter97.org has been illegally blocked in Belarus as well since January 24 this year.
