Candidate for President of Belarus Sviatlana Tsikhanouskaya and representatives of the Joint Headquarters Veranika Tsepkala and Maryja Kalesnikava urged Minsk citizens to come to Kiev Square at 19:00. At that time, a pro-government event was held there.

Those who came to support Tikhanouskaya raised their hands with white ribbons. Unexpectedly, Viktor Tsoi's song "Changes!" started playing. People greeted the song with applause and started coming closer to the stage.
