The mother of two children has been forcibly sent for psychiatric examination.
On February 22, Brest activist of the European Belarus civil campaign Andrei Sharenda was released from the preliminary detention center after 12 days of arrest. Today, he has told Belsat that his wife, mother of two children and European Belarus activist Palina Sharenda-Panasiuk was transferred from the Brest detention center № 7 to Navinki on February 23.
"There my wife will be undergoing forensic psychological and psychiatric examination for two weeks. I believe that this is pressure on the person to break morally, revenge for the position. She renounces the investigators who go to her, and does not give any testimony, because she considers them criminals," - Andrei Sharenda says.
In Navinki, Palina will not be allowed any letters. We remind that Palina Sharenda-Panasiuk was detained in her own apartment on January 3. A criminal case was trumped up against the European Belarus activist.
