The crew shares the details of the unusual battle.

On September 9, a Ukrainian route clearance vehicle (RCV) rammed a Russian BMP-2 in the Kharkiv oblast. Now the details of the battle are available.

Detailed information about the battle and the story of its participant is published by the information portal Tysk.

ICBM, based on T-64A, was the first in the column. It was followed by BMP-2 and the captured T-72B3.

The Ukrainians saw an enemy BMP coming towards them on the road between the villages of Vishneve and Slabunovka. Russians could not see our fighters due to the difference in altitude. Ukrainians rammed the enemy vehicle and then shot the BMP-2 crew and four Russians riding in the armour.

There were no casualties on the Ukrainian side; the BMP-2 and small arms of the Russian soldiers were seized.

The portal publishes the words of a participant in the events - a paratrooper, whose name is not disclosed. We present it in full.

"In short, I was in the turret of the minesweeper, in the right hatch, from the NSVT. The NSVT didn't work for some reason. One had to push the button hard - at least that's what the engine driver told me (this electric drive that rotates the NSVT doesn't work at all). That is, it rotates. It's inconvenient to shoot out of it unless I could get out and manually shoot out of it. This was a good option, but one had to open the hatch immediately and go like that).

Our minesweeper always goes first in the column. We all set the routes. In this context, we are the most armoured, and here it played a role. We are heavy, protected, and here the mechanic notices the vehicle driving towards us on this pass. We stop and wait.

What happened: I pointed at the vehicle. It slowly drives out on the horizon; I pull the trigger; nothing happened. I can't give a shot. I open the hatch. It doesn't open because I have to pull it up with all my might, and only then it latches and doesn't fall back down. Finally, the mechanic yells: "I'm going to the ramp!" and I'm like, "Do it!"

We speed up; I somehow managed to get out to shout to hold on tight, because we are now ram. We hit that truck. It immediately drove off into the ditch, along with the infantry on it. "Why didn't my guys take off (4 troshniks)? They didn't blow up because we were on a 40-ton thing, and those devils drove on a light truck, so they flew away, and somehow we weren't pushed hard enough. Well, I mean, it did, but not hard. Right after that, I tried to climb out the right hatch, but I failed. I only opened the crack and saw how at point-blank range, bitch, literally from 10-15 meters my troopers shot the invaders. I climbed out of the other hatch. By that time, our minesweeper had already started backing up. Troopers had already dismounted from the tank. I insist on the movement, that is, the bushes move. I try to shoot at the bottom of the bush; the movement stops.

In the end, we rolled back. The truck is broken. Occupants are dead. Everything is great. Our mechanic even said, "I played in World of Tanks. I know how to do it".) Oh, and the mechanic then told me that he saw a mechanic out of the truck and fell like a piece of shit".
