Eight cases are public.
Kazakhstan started to detain Russian trucks with goods from Europe. It is already known about eight detained trucks.
RBC-Ukraine reports citing the Russian media.
As the propaganda publication Izvestia writes with reference to the Association of International Automobile Carriers, it is about the transit transportation of European goods to Russia.
"We are aware of eight cases when Russian trucks were detained. Some of them are in the parking lots for violators. Each day of storage there costs much. Others are at customs terminals. Some of the trucks are parked right on the side of the road. All the documents are taken. Drivers can't go anywhere", the association says.
The trucks are detained because Astana has introduced new requirements for transit.
Kazakhstan decided to sell some of its oil through Azerbaijan's largest pipeline bypassing Russia starting this September.
