SSU Cuts Off Power To Important Russian Military Facilities With Drone Attack In Kursk Region

Details of the massive strike on Russian territory have been revealed.
A morning drone attack by the Security Service of Ukraine (SSU) caused another blackout in the Russian Kursk region. Important military facilities of the Russian Armed Forces and a number of settlements were left without power.
Sources in the SSU reported this to RBC-Ukraine.
According to the publication’s sources, this blackout in the Russian region took place as part of the “preparation” of the occupying forces for the autumn-winter season.
Russian military facilities were connected to an electrical substation in the villages of Sudzha, Lyubimovka and Glushkovo in the Kursk region, and it was this area that was attacked by SSU drones, sources in the intelligence service clarified.
Thus, the SSU “updated” the blackout schedules in the Kursk region, and this UAV attack left important enemy military installations without electricity, the sources noted.
“As a result, the Russian military is beginning to actively adopt the experience of the Ukrainians last year, when there was no electricity for several days,” the report reads.
Recall that early in the morning of October 5, explosions rocked several districts of the Kursk region of the Russian Federation, and reports of drone attacks on infrastructure began to appear.
Local authorities later said that the strikes caused blackouts in the areas. It was reported that 67 settlements were left without power due to damages to an electrical substation in the Kursk region of the Russian Federation.
