Biden To Trump: Get A life And Stop Storm Misinformation

The US president has responded harshly to the politician’s statements about the storm.
President Joe Biden publicly warned former President Donald Trump on Thursday, advising his predecessor to “get a life” and try to help people affected by two devastating hurricanes rather than spread misinformation about the federal response.
AP reports this.
Speaking at the White House, Biden condemned the “reckless, irresponsible and relentless disinformation and outright lies that continue to flow.”
The White House and Biden personally were condemning Trump for several days for making false claims about the disaster response, including that federal funding is being illegally diverted to help people in need at home and that such aid is limited to $750. Biden explained that the $750 was emergency aid that would cover immediate needs like food, diapers, and baby formula.
“This $750 that they’re talking about, Mr. Trump and all these people know that’s a lie, to suggest that’s all they’re going to get. It’s just bizarre. They’ve got to stop it. They’re being so damn un-American to talk about it,” Biden said.
Asked if he planned to talk to Trump to convince him to stop, Biden said he wouldn’t, but then delivered a message straight to the cameras: “Mr. President Trump, former President Trump, get a life, man. Help these people.”
