Putin Appoints ‘DPR’ Terrorist Zhoga As His Representative In The Urals

It was in a conversation with Zhoga that Putin officially announced he was running for his fifth term.
On October 2, the head of the Russian Federation Vladimir Putin appointed one of the former leaders of the ‘DPR’ group Artem Zhoga as his plenipotentiary representative in the Urals Federal District.
This is reported by Radio Svaboda.
Artem Zhoga is the father of the former head of the so-called ‘Sparta’ battalion Vladimir Zhoga, who was liquidated in March 2022. Until 2016, this unit of the group was commanded by Russian citizen Arsen Pavlov, known as Motorola.
Zhoga was co-chairman of Putin's election headquarters for the March 2024 elections. In December 2023, it was in a conversation with Zhoga that Putin officially announced that he was running for his fifth term.
