North Korean dictator Kim Jong-un said his country would not hesitate to use nuclear weapons if “an enemy tries to use force to infringe on its sovereignty”, state news agency KCNA reported on Friday.

Kim criticized South Korean President Yun Seok-yol at an event marking Military Day.

Kim Jong-un made the announcement at a special forces training base on Wednesday, October 2. The dictator was reportedly observing the exercises.
