Kuleba: West Wanted Zelensky To Record Video Testament Before Beginning Of Full-Scale Invasion

According to the former foreign minister, the US was sure that Ukraine would lose.

Before Russia launched a full-scale invasion, the US believed that Ukraine would lose. The West also assumed that the Russians could eliminate Volodymyr Zelensky, so they urged the Ukrainian president to record a video testament.

This was stated by former Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba in the project of USA-UA: Secret files of the White House.

According to him, at a security conference in Munich, US Vice President Kamala Harris recommended that Zelensky consider forming a government in exile and think about military steps to prepare Ukraine for partisan warfare.

The former minister also recalled that he was advised not to return to Kyiv in February 2022.

‘I was sent a message by a man, a great friend of Ukraine, and when I said I was going back, he said ‘It is time for Zelensky to record a video testament,′ Kuleba said.
