Orbán is becoming a problem.

NATO allies' frustrations with Budapest are reaching a boiling point as Hungary continues to flirt with Russia, Politico reports.
The rift between Budapest and NATO deepened yesterday when Hungarian officials failed to show up for a meeting of all NATO ambassadors and military advisers. The event was aimed at discussing Hungary's policy of encouraging ties with Russia and China. Hungary is blocking EU efforts to return funds for arms sales to Ukraine, making it difficult to use revenues from frozen Russian assets to finance Kyiv.

Orbán has also turned to outside diplomacy – often undermining EU and NATO efforts. In doing so, Orbán is moving away from the traditional Western orientation that has made him a problematic NATO and EU ally.
