Lida Border Guards Detain People With Unusual Drone

Lida border guards detained three Belarusians 14 kilometres from the border in Pastavy district. The men had with them an unusual drone of aeroplane type.

The peculiarity of this homemade drone is its launching system: the men were going to send it into flight with the help of a catapult.

The drone and its components were seized and taken to the ‘Pastavy’ border commandant's office for further investigation. Administrative protocols were drawn up against the arrested men.
