Lukashenka lied theatrically again. At the last meeting devoted to pricing, in a part closed for the press, he instructed to develop a decree authorizing his vertical to take private enterprises under full control in all areas of activity.
The assignment was as follows: to appoint only "verified personnel" as heads of private companies. This, according to Lukashenka, will allow to take full control of the "private owners". The same rule is already spelled out in classified documents that come into force in the event of a declaration of martial law. Everything has been decided for a long time, and yesterday's performance is only a preparation of public opinion for the actual hybrid nationalization of private business.
Some details of Lukashenka's plans also became known after the completion of the electoral campaign. Business after the "elections" will work exclusively in the interests of the regime. Control will be exercised through lustration and reappointment of company directors, whose personal files will be passed through the filters of the security forces and will be approved by the district executive committees. As business leaders of large enterprises, they will “recommend comrades” approved or recommended by the regime. Absolute loyalty, absence of the "past" is a prerequisite. Experience in government agencies or the power unit will be almost mandatory.
The entire business will be put under control, and the owners of larger companies and founders will cease to fully influence business processes. We are talking about the actual phased hybrid nationalization of the entire private business. In fact, a system of "Lukashist commissars" will be introduced. Everything will happen after the election. Businessmen will have to accept the new reality that their enterprises will be managed by persons authorized by the state, and the activities of the enterprises themselves will be carried out not in the interests of the owners, but in the exclusive interests of the state.
The appointment of the Lukashists as directors will allow, according to the dictator's plans, to keep the crisis economy from the impact of galloping inflation, devaluation and the upcoming economic crisis. This extraordinary measure will make it possible to keep prices and inflation under control, manage warehouse stocks of enterprises and bring the production plans necessary for the regime in terms of output and sales of the desired mode of production.
It is also necessary to regulate the level of wages, ensure tax transparency, keep personnel policy under control and indirectly employment of the population in the private sector through newly appointed and agreed "supervisors". One of the most important goals is to neutralize the participation and influence of owners on their own enterprises and manage the revenues of enterprises. For example, it is possible to influence the distribution of dividends in favor of providing various financial assistance to the state, from sports and social assistance to direct assistance to the power unit.
"Hybrid nationalization" will allow the regime to control the "uncontrolled" sector of the economy. Everything will happen almost immediately after the election. Lukashenka is already preparing for the exodus of entrepreneurs from the country. In the proposals to the decree, there is a norm that allows to prohibit the alienation of assets of private companies in case of departure of the founders of private enterprises to live abroad.
