Moscow is concerned that there has been no ‘trepidation and consternation’ in Washington.
Russia is concerned that the USA has not been ‘seized with trepidation and consternation’ over its decisions on Ukraine. This was stated by Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Sergey Ryabkov, writes RIA ‘Novosti’.
He believes that not so long ago this situation would have caused ‘trepidation and consternation’ in Washington.
‘Now this is not happening,’ Ryabkov said.
We remind you that The New York Times reported on November 17 that US President Joe Biden had allowed Ukraine to use US long-range ATACMS missiles ‘for self-defence, in case of urgent need’ to strike specific targets in Russia, particularly in Kursk region. The White House officially acknowledged the lifting of the restrictions about a week after that.
