In December, they will try to sell the railway line in the industrial hub Minsk - Kaliadzichy at auction. Information about the lot appeared on the IPM-Torgi platform.

The section of the railway track belongs to the trading unitary enterprise Belkoopvneshtorg Belkoopsoyuz. In November 2023, it went bankrupt.

The railway line with an area of almost 700 square meters is located in Minsk on Babushkin Street, 62. The starting price of the object is over 847 thousand rubles. To participate in the auction, you must leave a deposit of 84.7 thousand rubles; the auction step is 42.3 thousand rubles.

In addition to the railway itself, the lot includes: a refrigeration unit, an automatic water fire extinguishing system, a security alarm system, and several air conditioning systems.

The auction will take place on December 17.
