The South Korean Foreign Minister has announced details.

South Korea is considering "all possible scenarios" for aiding Ukraine amid the deployment of North Korean troops in Russia. This statement was made by South Korean Foreign Minister Cho Tae-yul, answering a question about whether Seoul could send weapons to Kyiv.

As reported by Reuters, the South Korean minister made this statement during a press conference in Ottawa, where Cho Tae-yol delivered his speech. He stressed that Seoul would monitor the level of North Korean troops' involvement in the war and what Pyongyang would receive from Moscow in return.

"In particular, we will monitor the level of (North Korean) forces' involvement in the war, and what kind of service North Korea would receive from Russia. We will take all these (factors) into account before making specific decisions," the minister explained.

An unnamed South Korean official previously said Pyongyang would likely receive "compensation" from Moscow in the form of military and civilian technology as the North seeks to launch a spy satellite and upgrade its intercontinental ballistic missiles.
