Strike At Kadyrov's Special Forces Regiment Barracks In Grozny: Attack Could Be Carried Out By Locals

The liberation struggle continues in the North Caucasus.
The recent drone strike at the barracks of the special forces regiment named after Kadyrov in the city of Grozny (Chechnya, Russian Federation) could have been the work of local residents.
Roman Svitan, an AFU colonel in the reserve, flight instructor and military expert, said this in a commentary to Channel 24.
According to him, now the liberation struggle continues in the North Caucasus, which is overlapping with the war of clans in the region - in particular, Dagestani and Chechen ones.
‘Plus, certain actions of resistance groups - both Ingush and Ichkerian - are being carried out in parallel. And this overlapping of these tasks is probably what leads, among other things, to the strikes against the Rosgvardiya. Because Kadyrov's regiment, no matter what kind, is the Rosgvardiya. So, by and large, it could be just such combat work - including that of resistance groups on the spot,’ the expert said.
In his opinion, it is unlikely that those drones were launched from the territory of Ukraine.
‘The reason is that it is too far for us to go one and a half thousand kilometres. .... However, the work of drones launched locally is not a problem at all. You can buy a Chinese drone at every market there, equip it with a detonation system and perform a combat task on the spot. It will even be much more convenient, safer and more accurate,’ summarised Svitan.
