Belarusian solidarity works wonders.
Dear friends! The time has come when we ask you for help.
Despite forced emigration, blocking, and limited resources, Charter’97 is the most popular independent website in Belarus. Our team is a bone in the throat of the Lukashenka regime.
Today, support for Belarusian media is critically decreasing, and there are fewer and fewer funds working with Belarus.
In Belarus, our site could find advertisers, but there is no free media market in our country, and because of our principled position, we are forced to work from abroad.
The work of our team depends on you, our readers.
You can support the Charter’97 website through the Patreon platform. Why do we offer this particular tool? It will help us solve the most important problem — the lack of regular support. Working with European donors involves short-term assistance allocated for specific projects.
Monthly support from you will make the site stable, allowing our team to take a step forward. Belarusian solidarity works wonders!
How does Patreon work?
This is a modern platform through which authors and media can collect donations.
On the Patreon service, you can subscribe to Charter’97 by selecting the amount with which you want to support us.
The system will prompt you to either set up an account by creating a password, or log in via email or social media accounts. Then you make the transfer.
The first payment is debited on the day you subscribe. The amount you choose will then be debited monthly.
An important point: the payment goes directly to the platform, and payment services do not show who you choose to support, making support through Patreon the safest way to help us.
In your Patreon account, you can change your support amount or unsubscribe from us at any time.
You also have the opportunity to support us through PayPal or by making donations to the Charter’97 fund account.
We really need your help. Every patron is important to us!
