Drones Attack Moscow, Six More Regions Of Russia

Moscow and Russian regions were subjected to massive drone attacks on the night of 12 March, the ВВС reports.
Attack on Kursk Region
On the night of March 12, explosions were heard in Kursk region of Russia. Thus, Governor Roman Starovoit reported on his Telegram about the attack of an allegedly Ukrainian UAV.
"Our air defence forces have shot down a Ukrainian drone in the sky above Fatezhsky district. The consequences on the ground are being specified," he reported.
Explosions in Belgorod Region
The governor of Russia's Belgorod region, Vyacheslav Gladkov, also reported the UAV attack. He wrote on his Telegram page that a Ukrainian drone had allegedly dropped four bombs in the region. The attack left several settlements without light.
"As a result of explosions there are no casualties, there is damage to power lines. Seven settlements are left without light: Yasniye Zori, Cheremoshnoye, Ustinka, Lozovoye, Rovenek, Petrovka, Solovyevka. Emergency and operational services will begin to eliminate the consequences after coordination with the Ministry of Defence of the Russian Federation," he wrote.
Explosions in Orel Region
Authorities of Orel region of the Russian Federation reported that a drone hit caused a fire at an oil depot in Orel. It is now being extinguished by about 60 people and a fire train.
In addition, the governor of Orel region of the Russian Federation Andrei Klychkov said that a UAV had crashed in Orel.
"A facility of the fuel and energy complex was attacked. Special services are working on the site in order to localise the fire. There are no casualties," the report said.
UAV Attack on Moscow
Moscow Mayor Sergei Sobyanin also reported a drone attack on Moscow region. According to him, the UAV was allegedly shot down in Ramensky city district.
"According to preliminary data, there is no destruction or casualties at the site of the falling debris. Emergency services specialists are working at the scene," he said.
UAV Attack on Voronezh
The governor of Voronezh region, Alexander Gusev, wrote on Telegram that a drone had also allegedly been destroyed over Voronezh.
"According to preliminary data, there are no consequences on the ground. At the same time, the alert regime against aerial targets has not been introduced. I keep the operational situation in the region under control," he wrote.
Attack on Tula Region of the Russian Federation
The Tula region's regional security ministry also said that a drone had been shot down over the region, resulting in no casualties or damage, TASS reports.
Strike on Oil Refinery in Russia's Nizhny Novgorod Region
A drone has attacked the Lukoil-Nizhegorodnefteorgsintez oil refinery in the town of Kstovo in Russia's Nizhny Novgorod region.
According to sources, the drone strike hit directly into an oil distillation unit. As a result of the impact, a fire broke out on the territory of the enterprise.
