In the afternoon of April 13, explosions were heard in occupied Luhansk, and then thick black smoke rose over the city.

Later, the Ukrainian Armed Forces StratCom reported that an enemy command post was hit in Luhansk.

“The Ukrainian Defense Forces successfully hit the command post of the enemy’s group of troops “Center” in occupied Luhansk,” the message says.

The Ukrainian side has not yet provided more detailed information.

During the day, Donetsk public pages reported an explosion near a machine-building plant. According to analysts, there was a base for repairing military equipment there.

The occupiers claim that two Storm Shadow missiles were used. According to the “head” of the occupation administration Leonid Pasechnik, the Ukrainian military attacked the engineering plant.
