Opposition Russian media have revealed details of the lavish life of Ivanov, who spent millions of dollars on his wife, property and a luxurious life in the Russian capital.

Ivanov, a close associate of Defence Minister Shoigu, maintained a close relationship with Peskov.

The network has been flooded with photos of lavish events, birthdays and holidays spent by Ivanov's family together with Peskov's family and his wife Navka.

Telegram channels close to the Russian security services have started posting photos of Peskov and the arrested Ivanov together, enjoying alcoholic drinks and holidays at luxury resorts.
