Subordinates doubt his adequacy.
The commander of the Russian Airborne Forces and the Dnepr group of Russian troops, Colonel General Mikhail Teplinsky, has changed a lot after stress.
Subordinates doubt his adequacy and ability to continue to occupy a high position. This was reported by the influential Russian Telegram channel VChK-OGPU, citing sources close to the general, Dialog.UA reports.
Information about Teplinsky’s wound appeared in early July. It was reported that the Ukrainian Armed Forces attacked the headquarters of the Dnepr group in the suburbs of Henichesk early in the morning of June 30. Then 5 occupiers became “cargoes 200”, another 12 were injured, among whom was Teplinsky.
After this wound, the general’s behavior became “strange, to put it mildly,” sources say.
“Inadequacy in the general’s behavior towards his subordinates began to manifest itself after the last wound... Teplinsky is simply unrecognizable,” the Russian resource reported.
Among such oddities is a strict ban for the 18th Army of the Russian Armed Forces to collect and evacuate their own “cargoes 200” in the Kherson region.
“Teplinsky refuses to his subordinates without providing any intelligible reasoning,” the Telegram channel reported.
