The July 20 strikes caused some damage to the Russian military airbase Millerovo in the Rostov region. In particular, the explosions destroyed the buildings of the technical and operational buildings and the fuels and lubricants depot.
Radio Liberty reports this. The consequences of the explosions were shown on satellite images in video format.
The military airfield near Dolotinka, according to the Russians, was attacked by Ukrainian drones on Saturday night. Local residents counted more than 16 explosions nearby, and they were also heard in the area of the oil depot.
One of the footage taken after the impact shows three fire points. According to the Wikimapia service, one was on the site of the technical and operational shed.
The second fire broke out in an open area near the runways, and the third - at one of the fuel and lubricants depot location.
“The photo from space confirms the statements of Russian sources that the aircraft were not damaged in the drone strike,” the journalists noted.
