They smashed doors with a sledgehammer, pulled people out of cars.
Law-enforcers conducted a raid ending with arrests in Mazyr. It is known that at least five people were detained. A video of them appeared on a Telegram channel close to the security forces.
“Homel security officers visited Mazyr and brought anonymous extremist activists to justice,” the report says.
In the video, masked people with the inscription “MIA” on their backs pulled one person in Mazyr Oil Refinery overalls out of a UAZ Patriot, and smashed doors in an apartment and a private house with sledgehammers.
The detainee in the oil refinery uniform was forced to say that “subscriptions to channels that turned out to be ‘extremist’” were found on his phone. Another man also said that he was subscribed to an “extremist” channel, as were the woman and other detainees.
It is unknown under what articles the Belarusians were detained and where they are now.
